Studies show that children are spending less amount of time outside, and more time inside playing video games, Internet browsing, etc. With physical fitness lacking, this national health crisis continues to rise at an alarming rate.

We can create an innovative and fun program devised to help children develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally with age-appropriate classes. Incorporate activities of all kind that work on children’s coordination, agility, strength, flexibility, and even social skills. Some of the fitness programs are based upon special games. We also firmly believe in providing a non-competitive atmosphere that enables children to experience the wonderful path toward building confidence and self-esteem.

Stay Healthy Through Your Senior Years

As people age, their risk for illness and injury naturally increases. But exercise can slow the aging process and help people become stronger, healthier and more resilient. My Trainer's fitness trainers provide a program that focuses on improving strength, balance, flexibility and endurance, which will increase your overall performance and have you reaching for the stars.

Strength Exercises – are an essential part of any activity regimen and they are particularly important for seniors. Strength conditioning helps build muscle and bone mass, allowing you improved range of motion and endurance. Our fitness trainer will work with you on strength exercises that may include light weight or resistance training.

Aerobic Activities - works to raise your heart rate. It will help to build stamina and endurance, as well as burn calories and fat. It is recommended that seniors try to engage in at least 40 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise. We teach you low impact exercises that won’t put to much stress on your bones or joints.

Flexibility Exercises- help to improve overall body movement and balance. It also helps to protect against falls as well as muscle and joint injuries. We will teach you simple stretching exercises to help your flexibility with aerobic exercise routines.
